Based in both Sydney Olympic Park & Sydney CBD Head Office, you will be supported by an experienced corporate team who will provide you with the systems, tools, training and guidance you need to build a successful recruitment business. Your sales efforts are supported by a group of internal recruitment experts who will source and place suitable candidates for the jobs you bring in. All you need to do is sell!
At Express, we thrive on helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams. As a Business Development Manager on the RTO program, your role will be to uncover and convert sales opportunities in a specific territory, which one day you may have the chance to call your own.
A typical day as a Sales Extraordinaire for Express will include: Identify & develop new business opportunities. Conduct sales calls both telephone and face to face. Attend scheduled appointments. Participate in your professional development training program. Collaborate with other offices in the Express Our Ideal Person… If you are experienced in the recruitment sector and would like the safety net of a full-time job as you work towards building your own business, then you're a great fit! Our ideal person would have experience in the following:
Significant experience in 'boots on dirt' recruitment sales role Recruitment industry experience essential Ability to identify problems and develop solutions Adept at managing and tracking your activities in a database Ability to work under pressure and 'bounce back' from setbacks A natural people person who can influence effectively Exceptional time management, organisation, and presentation skills Genuine passion for helping people Strong networking and relationship building A desire to develop professionally What's in it for you… You will be supported by a global leader in the staffing sector that has been in business for 40 years. $100K to $110K base (depending on experience) + Car Allowance + Commission Structure Opportunity to build equity and eventual ownership.
