Details of the offer

You are open and transparent and accountable in sharing knowledge and supporting other team members.
You will be generating new business, taking the lead in identifying, developing, and commercializing new customers to Elgas.
Becoming an expert in your region, working with senior stakeholders in the business to strategically plan your region's growth, and demonstrating sound business decision making.
Maintaining a high level of customer-focused activity, being out on the road and across your region as much as possible.
You are able to skillfully move customers through the sales process by selling the value of Elgas, utilizing negotiation and objection handling skills to navigate a win/win outcome for Elgas and the customer.
Collaborating closely with local branch staff, fellow sales team members across Qld, and industry stakeholders to build a supporting network.
Maintaining relevant data in our CRM system and producing coherent reports that demonstrate your knowledge and strategic plan for your region.
What makes you great You have demonstrated new business sales experience from any industry – no LPG experience necessary.
Clean and valid driver's license is required for this role.
You enjoy being out of the office in front of people, take initiative, and are a self-starter with very good time management skills.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent personal presentation.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision with excellent abilities to time manage and prioritize.
