Business Development Manager HVAC/MechanicalBased in Melbourne, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading HVAC/Mechanical Contractor in the important position of Business Development Manager.
The primary function of the role is to become the Trusted Advisor to existing and new clients during the Pre-Contracts and Contract negotiation phase of projects. As a result of this Business Development process, you should be able to achieve commercial targets and KPIs applicable to the role.
Relevant experience for this position means you could come from a Business Development, Estimating, or Project Management background. You will be required to have a strong knowledge of the Mechanical, HVAC, or Building Services industry in order to communicate effectively with your existing and potential client base. This role is focused on managing and building Client Relationships and utilizing your Network to effectively build the business.
On a personal level, you will be an excellent communicator internally and externally, self-motivated, and have the ability to bring a focus to this role and its importance to the organization.
