The Harvey Norman Commercial Team are currently seeking motivated Full Time Business Development Manager to join our Home Builders team based in Taren Point.
A Homebuilder Business Development Manager role is required to target the homebuilder market to promote all Harvey Norman Commercial Divisions. They must network with Homebuilder clients, provide excellent customer service with high level of communication and organizational skills. They will be required to work with the homebuilder team staff members & other Harvey Norman departments to achieve sales results within the team environment.
Responsibilities
Business development of new customers for all divisions of Harvey Norman Commercial
Go to site and customer premises to generate relationship with Harvey Norman Commercial
Set up new accounts with introduction of HN sales rep
Negotiation & creation of Homebuilder inclusions Pricelist
Product selection & recommendation
Generate Quotations for clients
Conduct showroom appointments with builders
Create & Maintain Homebuilder BDM data base
Liaise with suppliers
Attend product training with suppliers
HIA Industry functions, reports to present to the team, update of new building requirements to affect HNC
Attend functions with customers & suppliers
Regular visits to account customer premises.
Requirements
Extensive experience and knowledge of the NSW Home Building industry
Communication skills
