Our innovative approach combines data expertise with advanced technology to deliver actionable insights for various industries.About the Role:We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our expanding APAC sales team. In this role, you will focus on driving new business in the Healthcare sector, working with clients in Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, and Medical Devices. This Sydney-based hybrid role will cover a wide territory, including Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Relationship Building: Drive new sales by offering specialized information services to clients in Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, and Professional Services.Territory Expansion: Manage and grow a large territory that spans Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.Lead Generation: Proactively identify and approach new business opportunities through outbound calls, supported by live product demonstrations.Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly new business sales targets.Client Solutions: Tailor proposals to meet the unique needs and challenges of prospective clients.Skills & Experience:Sales Experience: At least 2 years of success in B2B sales, ideally in data, analytics, or subscription-based services.Sector Knowledge: Experience working with clients in Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences is a plus but not essential.Hunter Mentality: Strong focus on proactive sales, with a proven track record of hitting targets and KPIs.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including experience delivering engaging product demonstrations.Client Engagement: Ability to build relationships and negotiate with senior executives, including C-suite level.Time Management: Strong organizational and prioritization skills.Tech Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems like Salesforce and tools like MS Office.What We Offer:Compensation: Competitive base salary with uncapped earning potential and OTE of $160K+.Supportive Environment: A collaborative and goal-oriented team environment, with ongoing support from management.Training & Development: Access to training programs and sales support tools, including CRM software, lead-generation platforms, and professional development resources.If you're a results-driven salesperson with a passion for delivering impactful solutions in the Healthcare space, we'd love to hear from you!
