$90K-$110K + Super + Company Car + BonusesOur client is a leading provider of innovative geosynthetic solutions in Australia, specializing in geotextiles for civil, construction, and environmental projects. They are committed to delivering sustainable, high-quality products and services that drive project success. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Business Development Manager

to join their team and help expand their market presence.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities

within the geotextiles market, including civil engineering, infrastructure, mining, and environmental sectors.Develop and execute sales strategies

to achieve revenue and growth targets.Build and maintain relationships

with key decision-makers, including engineers, project managers, and procurement teams.Provide technical support and advice

on geotextile applications to clients.Collaborate with internal teams

(product, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment on customer needs and product offerings.Monitor market trends and competitor activity

to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and tenders

to secure new contracts.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences

to promote company offerings and establish networks.Qualifications & Experience:Proven track record of

business development

or sales experience, ideally within the

geotextiles

or construction materials industry.Strong

understanding of geosynthetics, geotextiles,

and their applications in civil engineering, construction, or environmental projects.Technical knowledge

in geotextiles and their uses (drainage, filtration, separation, reinforcement, erosion control).Excellent communication and negotiation skills

with the ability to influence decision-makers.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.What We Offer:Opportunity to be part of a
