At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.What you will do:Provide strategic and tactical planning to successfully deliver sales, order and funnel targets for GenMed, driving forward all GenMed accounts (where this role holds direct account management responsibility) & other GenMed opportunities across ANZ (held by other Account Managers); leveraging others in the ANZ commercial team for geographic & customer reach.Responsible for driving optimal operating mechanisms to monitor and track progress of all opportunities in the pipeline, and accurately forecasting performance against Operating Plan. Lead Funnel Management, Monthly Business Review & Opportunity discussions with APAC & Global stakeholders. Monitor the success of commercial promotion campaigns and provide regular and accurate reporting.Educate, coach and direct the differentiation (position, value proposition and key messages) of products/solutions/services within the complete Genomic Medicine portfolio. Continuously position the value of Genomic Medicine portfolio of products within the relevant Biotech, Pharma, Hospital and Translational centre segments. Build Cytiva brand presence in the ANZ Genomic Medicine ecosystem.Ensure collaboration between all parts of the Cytiva ANZ commercial organization - building internal stakeholders and Account Management synergy to continually increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as accelerating the development of sales opportunities.Support our key customer relationships and distribution activities within ANZ for Genomic Medicine through strong customer Voice of the Customer (VOC) knowledge into all parts of the business to ensure customers' interests are prominently positioned.Who you are:Technical capability baseline: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a Life Science subject, or comparable work experienceCommercial capability: At least 10 years of experience in account management, sales, product management or strategic business development roles in the biotech market; with a proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales & order & funnel targets, winning new business and growing market share through a structured and strategic approachCustomer understanding: Must have a strong understanding of the Cytiva customer base across various Genomic Medicine modalities including sound workflow knowledge of Nucleic Acid, Nanomedicine, Viral Vector, Cell and Gene Therapies. Possesses the ability to quickly understand the customer's complete process from a commercial perspective. Has knowledge of Translational Science pathways through to CMO, CDMO or CRO services supporting clinical developmentStakeholder management & networking: current network and track record of building relationships to persuade & influence customers at all levels, including C-suite.
