As a result of continued growth and successes, we are seeking a driven and dynamic BDM focused on first party and direct to business bankers to join their team within the SME segment.
Role Overview:You will specialise and originate direct through business channels within the SME segment with lending of up to $3 million.
Key aspects of this role include:
Focus on New Business Acquisition through first-party referrers with business and commercial lending needs up to $3 million;Utilise your local network and engage with the community to grow and develop your portfolio;Write and prepare quality credit submissions to submit to the credit committee;Provide a holistic approach to understanding your customers' needs and come up with solutions in their best interest;Identify opportunities to cross-sell other products and services.Skills and Experience:To be successful in this role, you will have:
