Position Overview
As a result of continued growth, we are now seeking a
Business Development Manager . This role is critical in driving new business, managing existing client relationships, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
Preparing sales estimates and creating project tenders.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Managing and nurturing existing customer accounts.
Promoting our full range of security products and services, such as CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm Systems.
Engaging with our established client base to uncover additional opportunities.
Coordinating with clients, supervisors, and administrative teams to address and resolve issues promptly.

Competitive base salary of $120k - $140k (negotiable based on experience).

Candidate Requirements
To be considered, candidates must possess the following skills and experience:
Proven experience in a sales role within the Electronic Security industry.
In-depth knowledge of security products and services (CCTV, Alarms, Access Control, Intercoms, etc.).
Strong presentation skills with a successful track record in face-to-face client interactions.
A current NSW Class 2AB Security License.
A collaborative mindset and a positive approach to teamwork.
Location
