Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand market presence, grow revenues, and increase brand awareness within the dental industry.
Market Research & Lead Generation:
Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends, understanding client needs, and targeting dental practices, dental chains, and distributors.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including dental professionals, clinic managers, procurement teams, and distributors.
Product Presentation & Demonstration:
Present and demonstrate the technical and clinical benefits of our dental equipment, highlighting unique selling points to decision-makers.
Account Management:
Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring top-notch customer service, regular follow-ups, and continuous engagement to promote product adoption.
Collaborative Growth:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to create seamless sales processes and optimize customer satisfaction.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Industry Expertise & Education:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and innovations in dental equipment. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and build professional networks.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the
dental, medical, or healthcare equipment sectors .
Strong understanding of
dental products , procedures, and customer needs.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from lead generation to closing.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to prioritize opportunities.
A track record of building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting.
