About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in engaging with councils, local government authorities (LGAs), and consult with architects.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Engaging with Architects: Proactively educate and consult architects on innovative products, ensuring they understand the technical benefits and compliance with current building codes.
Collaborating with Councils and LGAs: Work closely with councils and local government authorities to assist in securing necessary approvals and endorsements for industry-leading tanked basement solutions. This involves proactive communication to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Field Work: Spend 3-4 days a week on the road, presenting solutions, conducting site visits, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Architectural Knowledge: A general understanding of architectural practices and how to read and view building plans.
Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey technical information clearly and foster relationships with diverse stakeholders, including local LGAs and architects.
Proactive Mindset: An autonomous self-starter who is comfortable navigating the construction landscape and proactively networking and educating our client solutions.
