Your role: We're seeking a Business Development Manager to secure profitable growth of trade paint sales in the VIC commercial property market.
You will achieve this by leveraging relationships with commercial property owners, asset managers, and their agents to secure Dulux repaint specifications, managing projects to sale via the trade sales teams and painting contractors.
Reporting to the National Property Services Manager, this role adds value through relationships and leads that assist Dulux painting contractors.
You will be responsible for developing key account plans and preferred supplier agreements to drive growth and maintain a continuous pipeline of business, including securing new project opportunities through industry relationships and professional networks.
This role offers variety and a diverse range of connections and opportunities while working with key market segments such as strata, healthcare, education, aged care/retirement, accommodation, multi-residential, and industrial parks.
You will be an enabler, ensuring projects run smoothly as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring your projects to life.
