Reporting to the National Commercial Sales Manager, your key duties will include: PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: To champion a targeted customer vertical, drive new business growth, provide strategic direction, manage stakeholder relationships, and embody our company values.
KEY OBJECTIVES: Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for commercial brands.Acquire new commercial accounts, grow existing accounts, and provide after sales support.Achieve industry leading NPS.Ensure all CRM data is maintained and current.Use captured customer data to build insights, target offers and plan activity.Demonstrate a broad level of product knowledge and application.Maintain alignment with Bunnings Commercial when required.KEY SELECTION CRITERIA: Previous experience, 2 - 5 years, working in a customer facing role from the trade industry.Strong communication skills and team player.Ability to foster and build relationships.Confident in presenting service offerings and solutions to a broad variety of customers and at events.Demonstrated ability to effectively solve customer and product related issues.High level of written and verbal communication skills.Preferred – experience using a CRM.Have an intermediate level understanding of Outlook & Microsoft Office.
