Job Title: Business Development Manager We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team based in QLD on a part-time basis, covering a 12-month maternity leave period. The part-time schedule entails four days a week, with Mondays being a mandatory working day.
In this role, you will be managing the sales function with a primary focus on:
Commercial builders Developers Major plumbers Some architects and designers Merchant relationship cross-over You will also be responsible for executing relevant strategic business and promotional plans in the commercial building segment to provide sustainable revenue/gross margin growth whilst developing and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.
About You With 3-5 years of sales experience, specifically in the building and construction industry, you bring:
Experience working with the GWA product ranges is highly desirable. Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues and customers across all organizational levels. Proven ability to influence business leaders, distributors, and retailers for enhanced commercial outcomes. Sales and marketing expertise, including the development and implementation of strategies and sales techniques, along with a solid understanding of product development.
