Due to growth, we're on the hunt for a highly driven Business Development Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to join their thriving team. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for hunting new business within your designated territory and work alongside the Sales Manager to ensure satisfactory delivery of products and services.
About The Role
You'll be a driving force in the success of the company's goals and objectives through exceeding individual sales quotas.You will cultivate and develop relationships with key stakeholders and be at the forefront of the sales and negotiation process, from the initial capabilities presentation until close.Actively drive new sales opportunities, build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting efforts within your geographical territoryHandle and respond to all sales enquiries and leads promptlyWork with the Sales Manager to convert the opportunity by providing the appropriate solutions and products to exceed client expectationsConstantly stay on top of technical / product knowledgeActively search for and pursue new business opportunities, including business networking, the reviewing and active participation, completion, submission and negotiation in relation to Expressions of Interest, Quotations and Tenders.Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through the proper use of sales tools and the understanding of the sales process
What We're Looking For
Track record of achieving sales targetsMinimum 2 years sales experience in B2C or B2BA passion for business developmentA strong customer focus and the ability to identify client needs and solution sellA strong understanding of sales process and the ability to manage a strong pipeline of opportunitiesAbility to build strong long term partnershipsStrong computer skills including MicrosoftAbility to work autonomouslyA current driver's licence
