Business Development Manager Brisbane Fulltime

Higgins is looking for an enthusiastic and Sales individual who can grow and manage an established territory The Opportunity Higgins Coatings has a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Brisbane team, to grow a defined metropolitan territory. This is an autonomous role, where you will spend the majority of your week client-facing, executing sales strategies to achieve your budget. You will prepare and present detailed solution proposals for clients across various industry segments, spanning mainly across Education, Body Corporate, Aged Care, Government, Property and Health.  Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible person for your territory.
Qualifications •Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
•Ability to build and maintain client relationships
•Understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences
•Self-motivated and goal-oriented
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
•Experience in the painting or construction industry is a plus
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
