This newly created role will actively participate in the development and execution of our Sales and Business Development Strategy for the ANZEA region to support growth and achieve budgeted sales and profit margin targets.Key Responsibilities will include:Work with the ANZEA Team to identify & develop opportunities & relationships for the establishment of new channels & strategic partners.Identify methods of increasing the footprint and market share with existing partners.Conceptualise & implement appropriate sales strategies to develop the following:Growth in major retail, primarily in consumer electronics and mass merchant space, andEstablishment of indirect/direct E-commerce sales channels as appropriate.Build sustainable annual business plans & nurture business opportunities direct with our Customers & Partners.Develop tools for demonstration & training for technical products in target markets.Develop and implement plans to broaden access throughout existing and new retail markets.Contribute to our market-driven Product Development Strategy.What we are looking for:To be successful in your application for this engaging role you will ideally possess tertiary qualifications in engineering, product management, or a related field and have high level relevant industry experience within an electronic product and business development environment.We are seeking a highly committed, results-oriented professional with high level interpersonal and negotiation skills, coupled with strong commercial acumen, customer focus, and an ability to deliver sales opportunities and organic growth within a sales-led culture.Benefits and Culture:Our culture is supportive and collaborative.
