Business Development Manager - Aplace by GlenvillGlenvill has been at the forefront of Australian residential design for over six decades and we are proud to be one of Australia's most awarded builders.Since then, Glenvill Housing has grown into a dynamic, multi-faceted Housing business with - Aplace by Glenvill, Glenvill Townhomes, Home Designs and Bespoke.This role is within our Aplace business.About the RoleAs an experienced Business Development Manager, your primary focus is effectively managing the Sales Channels / Marketing Groups experience from EOI through to Sales Accept. This role has the responsibility for the progress of multiple client files to ensure a timely and orderly progression through the Sales process within the Aplace Housing Business in Victoria.Reporting to the Victorian Sales Manager your role will include:Maintain a professional approach in all dealings with the client, face to face, verbal or written.Build and Maintain strong relationships with all Sales Channels / Groups.Ensure all conditions on the Building Contract are met.Ensure you are provided Land Information that is up to date and accurate.Liaise with Land Vendors and ensure the highest level of support is provided – communication with our House and Land Coordinators.Supporting the ordering of Land Contracts from our Land vendors – requests to be provided to the Sales Support team.Giving direction in creating House and Land Packages for sale.Giving direction in creating House and Land brochures.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Proven residential New Home or Wholesale experience (2-3 years plus ideally).Experience achieving and exceeding set sales targets and KPIs.Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients and sales network.Commitment to Glenvill values, beliefs and behaviors.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Benefits and PerksFantastic Base Salary + Commissions OTE $250K.Terrific Cremorne office location, close to transport and shops.Genuinely warm culture focused around treating our people, suppliers, and customers with care.To Apply:If this sounds like you, then please get in touch by clicking 'apply now' to send a copy of your application to Michael - People and Culture Manager.For a confidential discussion prior to application, please contact Michael on 0428348460.Please note, only candidates who have addressed the requirements within their cover letter with local experience as per the criteria and full working rights can be considered for this position.Confidentiality assured.
