Working alongside the GBG customer success Fraud team, the Loqate team is spread across UK/EU/US. The breadth of this team enables a wide range of support and expertise to be on hand.
The role Maintaining a high level of end user client contact, delivering world class customer support whilst developing net new opportunities within the aligned customer base. Some customers are also GBG Identity Fraud customers so this role it also to be a Loqate sales specialist to this team. Building close relationships with the aligned GBG Identity Fraud BDM's. Developing new sales opportunities and supporting in the delivery of the Loqate sales best practice.
What you will do Speaking daily with the GBG Fraud BDM's Attend GBG Fraud/Loqate customer meetings. Educating the customer on the benefits of the Loqate solutions portfolio Organising Meetings with Existing Clients and Prospective Retaining and growing the book of existing renewal accounts Identifying risk in the aligned renewal accounts and helping to retain the client's business Work within a target driven team Qualifying incoming Marketing sales leads, engaging to close the sale, or redirecting to the senior new logo BDM Utilise the systems and tools to identify new opportunities in addition to maintaining an up-to-date customer record and forecast Providing accurate forecasts on a weekly basis Experience of working within a target driven/performance-led business An individual who is interested in developing a career in sales in a client-centric and high activity environment A good communicator, both orally and written Experience in IT/Enterprise software would be an advantage but not compulsory Detail conscious and committed to keeping accurate and up-to-date records A motivated person, who is Reliable and driven by success, reward and recognition An individual who shows business and commercial awareness, entrepreneurial and a strong team player We have a vision to have the best and most engaged team members in the industry.
