They are now insearch of an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen their relationships and business partnerships across QLD Aged Care accounts for a 12-month contract position.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:
having a 'hunter'-style sales focus on gaining new accountsdeveloping and executing account management plans in line with ANZ business objectivesproviding commercial and clinical solutions to strengthen partnerships and grow brand presenceestablishing and delivering strong market insights and commercial intelligencelead and support ongoing tendering processesworking collaboratively with internal team including two QLD-based Clinical SpecialistsTo be considered for this role, you will have:
Proven track record in gaining new accounts in the Aged Care sectorExperience in medical consumables or medical devicesStrong leadership qualities and a collaborative styleStrong business acumen and sound communication skillsA deep understanding of the QLD Aged Care contract and tender processCandidates with a background in continence or wound care will be highly regarded however this is not essential.
