About the Role:In this key role, you will drive our continued growth by developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with SMEs.
You will leverage your strong sales acumen and relationship-building skills to identify client needs and deliver customized solutions that ensure compliance and empower them to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to identify and secure new clients through self-generated business development.Build strong relationships with business owners, gaining a deep understanding of their unique HR and WHS challenges.Provide clear and concise explanations of complex HR and WHS regulations, demonstrating the value proposition of Peninsula's services.Foster long-term client partnerships through exceptional service and ongoing support.What are we looking for?You will be a sales professional driven to be the best, for yourself and your teammates.
You will be curious, seeking to analyze your numbers, understanding that it is the 1% that changes outcomes every day.
Being a field-based role, a car allowance is provided.
