About the Role
You will manage, create, and build on opportunities for growth. As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be pivotal for driving growth and expanding market presence. You will be collaborating closely with architects, designers, and builders to promote new products and services, creating strong relationships, and identifying new partnership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to the needs of architects, designers, and builders.Lead product training and support for architects, designers, and builders to enhance their understanding and promote the benefits of our offerings.Manage sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for growth.Skills & Experience Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the interior fitout industry.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and stakeholders at all levels.Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and proposals.Benefits Competitive salary $100k - $120k (DOE) + Car/Car Allowance + uncapped commission + Super (OTE $180k).Flexible working arrangements.Career development and progression.How to Apply
