The client is an innovative Property Advisory that is going through rapid growth. They are now seeking an energetic BDM to prospect for new leads and convert their copious amounts of referred leads - the BDM's dream!
The Role
The role will see you converting leads into new managements for the Property Management department. You will also ensure customer satisfaction to maintain relationships with your current clients. You will be efficient, precise, and attentive. Your day-to-day activity will revolve around:
Converting referred leads and enquiries
Prospecting for new leads
Develop and maintain client relationships to retain managements
Arranging and conducting appraisals
Ad hoc administration duties
Conducting open homes and private inspections
Use of modern, cloud-based software

The Candidate
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration essential
Direct experience in a Business Development role
Be self-motivated and driven to succeed
You will be well-presented, organized and have excellent administration skills
Valid driver's license
