Key job responsibilitiesPartnering with Account Management teams to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenue growth from Media & Entertainment workloads.Working with customers and AWS partners to identify and lead proof of concept engagements and develop new and innovative solutions.Partnering with AWS Solutions Architecture resources in design, Proof of Concept (POC), pricing, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and delivery activities.Collaborating with AWS professional Services to implement solutions and packaged offerings.Conducting executive workshops with industry leaders.Participating in and representing AWS in key Media & Entertainment industry associations and events.A day in the lifeWork with account managers, solutions architects, professional services and partners to identify and develop new opportunities to deploy Media & Entertainment workloads with our customers. As a Customer Solutions Manager you will take end-to-end ownership of a diverse range of projects and initiatives, utilizing your communication skills to interface with and influence a broad range of multi-disciplinary teams (sales, solutions architecture, support, product, professional services, partners). With a deep understanding of your customer's business vision, culture and processes, you will be your customer's voice within AWS, ensuring that their needs are accurately communicated to AWS leadership, product, and engineering teams. You will evangelize AWS services and influence customers to adopt the right solution at the right time.

Minimum Qualifications7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing complex technology agreements within the media vertical.7+ years developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience with technology transformation initiatives.Expertise in leading sales plays across media and entertainment.Expertise in one or more of these core areas: Media Archive, Media Supply Chain, Playout, Compression and Headends, Live Production.Experience in the Australia and New Zealand Media & Entertainment market.Acknowledgement of CountryIn the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
