Business Development Lead - Tertiary Education Non-Profit

With nearly 30 years of growth and new features being released, now is a great time to join this Company to head up their new Business acquisition team designed at bringing on new Universities.

This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive increased revenue growth for the Company. This involves developing strategies to acquire new business, expanding the market share for Company's platforms, products and services and growing share-of-wallet (SOW) through targeted marketing to existing clients and influencing key decision-makers.

In addition to prioritising revenue growth, the role focuses on increasing client retention, customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Furthermore, this role plays a crucial role in networking and representing the Company in various external forums contributing to a robust external presence and fostering relationships essential for company growth.

You will have one direct report in this role and will also work closely with the Marketing team to form GTM strategies and refine product launches.

This is an exciting, varied role where Inter-State travel will be required from time to time.

The base salary for this role is around $150,000 + Super + Comms.

To be successful you will come with at least 5 years B2B sales experience ideally selling into the Education space or into non-profits.
