The Opportunity
We're seeking a dedicated Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team in Tenerife, Canary Islands. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects in the renewable energy sector, with potential for long-term career growth within our fast-paced organization.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities in the waste management and renewable energy sectors
Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to expand Zero-X's market presence
Research and analyze government funding schemes for renewable energy projects across various regions
Support the preparation of business proposals and presentations for potential partners and investors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with technical capabilities
Contribute to the creation of financial models and ROI projections for new projects
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Business, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language proficiency is a significant advantage
Demonstrated interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and innovative technologies
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools
