What will you be doing? Acquiring new customers through self-prospecting and existing leads provided by the business.Nurturing new customers to generate portfolio growth.Ensuring the effective usage of Salesforce to track and report pipeline, acquisition results, and market conditions.Acting as the interface between Amex and the customer to resolve any application processing issues.Attending relevant industry and partner conferences, tradeshows, and networking opportunities.What will you bring? Adaptability to working in a regulated industry, with a focus on compliant selling practices.Previous experience in consultative B2B Sales and account management (desirable).A previous track record of acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets in a phone-based environment (desirable).Experience in partner engagement, and developing and implementing sales strategies (desirable).Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.What will you need to succeed? Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken.Motivation and drive to work in a fast-paced telephone-based sales environment.Positive relationship-building skills, with experience working with partners at senior levels.A passion for onboarding new customers and initiating spend enablement activities.Ability to effectively build and handle a sales pipeline.All colleagues will be provided with comprehensive onboarding and mentor support.
