The Business Development Executive will be responsible for building and strengthening customer relationships, increasing sales and providing excellent service to existing customers. You will focus on prospecting new accounts, cross selling and upselling, whilst servicing and maintaining existing accounts. You will be accountable for building strategy and strengthening new and existing client relationships. The role will have a key focus on the growth of the MEDISCA brand.

For more information, visit our website at www.medisca.com.au The opportunity: Maintaining Existing Accounts & Relationship BuildingAttain monthly sales objectives and monitor profit margins Analyze territory trends and identify opportunitiesFollow up with customers on sales and product availabilitySuggesting new revenue sources and productsEnsure clients data and calls are kept relevant and current in systemsProactively following up with clients to ensure that they always have the support they needNew Business Development Identify pharmacies (non-compounders / compounders) and successfully convert their business to MEDISCAIncrease MEDISCA's share of existing accountsLeverage existing health care compounding prescribers to increase MEDISCA's brandEncourage collaboration between physicians, pharmacists and MEDISCA Implement sales best practices across the country to Compounding Pharmacies Coaching, mentoring and training of compounding pharmacies Delivering value and customer solutionsWork collaboratively with Account Executives Discuss existing accounts with Account Executives & strategize on how to increase business Inform Account Executives of planning cycle to maximize synergies and account contact Provide leads and referrals to visit
 Travel: One (2) to four (4) weeks international travel per year to visit clients and attend trade shows.
 
About you: Tertiary qualification/s in Science or Business an asset4 years + experience in a sales roleExperience in the pharmaceutical industryPharmaceutical Compounding experience highly regardedCurrent Drivers LicenseExperience contacting, visiting & selling to doctors, hospitals & pharmacistsDemonstrated analytical thinking and ability to problem solveProven decision making and negotiation skillsAdvanced interpersonal skills, and proven abilities to network and maintain a professional and positive image To be eligible for this position you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.  Why work for MEDISCA?
