The Role:

Are you a seasoned Business Development professional with a proven track record of driving business growth, closing deals and achieving high conversion rates?
This is an incredible opportunity to lead strategic expansion both nationally and globally across the corporation.
You will be responsible for: Researching and identifying potential markets, clients, and business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure long-term business success.
Preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to secure new business.
Working closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and product development to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
Monitoring and reporting on business development activities, sales performance, and progress towards targets.

Skills & Qualifications required:

Demonstrated success in achieving high sales conversion rates.

Excellent communication abilities with a polished and convincing phone demeanor.

Advanced expertise in sales with a focus on finalising agreements.

Skilled in research and analysis.

Highly disciplined with a focus on achieving results.

Enthusiasm for the stock market and financial services.

Relevant tertiary education is advantageous.

Experience in wealth management is preferred.
