Business Development Manager – South Australia The Role: All Star Access Hire is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead their entry into the South Australian market.
As a newly created role, you will play a key part in building their brand, establishing relationships, and driving business within the construction and infrastructure industries.

Duties and Responsibilities: Build and maintain a client base, focusing on new business opportunities Identify and pursue leads within the equipment hire and scaffolding sectors Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the South Australian market Drive sales performance and achieve revenue growth targets Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery Provide market insights to senior management and contribute to business development plans Attend client meetings, present proposals, and negotiate contracts Ensure client satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships The Ideal Candidate: You are an autonomous self-starter with extensive experience in the access or equipment hire industries, particularly within South Australia.
With a strong network and proven track record in business development, you're ready to help All Star Access Hire grow in this exciting new region.
Key Skills and Experience Required: Minimum 3 years' experience in business development within equipment hire, scaffolding, or plant hire Strong knowledge of the construction and infrastructure industries in South Australia Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to drive business growth and close deals Permanent residents only What's in it for you?
