Understanding the education and training needs of our B2B2C stakeholders and how best we can respond to them is the key to this teams' success.
It is imperative for the successful candidate to have dynamic problem-solving skills, and ability to listen to our stakeholders challenges and be able to provide innovation, education and training solutions so that they can achieve their organisational goals. In this role, you'll identify key players, nurture relationships, and become a trusted advisor. Be a champion for TUA at industry events, a networker extraordinaire, and a keen observer, feeding insights that shape future offerings.
Day-to-day accountabilities:

Manage allocated territory to meet and exceed revenue and new enrolment targets through the B2B2C sales channels.
Identify and actively approach targeted prospective clients.
Ensure relationships are established and managed effectively. This includes, but is not limited to, management of allocated members of the Torrens University Australia.
Take ownership of designated clients to ensure the overall health of each relationship.
Work effectively with colleagues across the University to ensure key relationships are maintained to drive commercial outcomes and ensure adherence to the relationship management framework.
Working with the B2B2C team, connect clients with service areas across the University to engage in a broad range of industry engagement opportunities for staff, students and alumni.

This is a permanent, full time role, for a successful candidate located in Melbourne. Due to the nature of this role, you are required to be on campus or in the field, with some interstate travel involved and work outside of the ordinary business hours.
To be the successful candidate for this role, you will have:

Demonstrable experience of successfully operating in a target driven sales environment;
The ability to effectively engage with key stakeholders;
Advanced organisational skills and attention to detail;
The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
High level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent problem solving ability;
Tertiary qualifications or certifications in sales, marketing, communications and/or business.
