Business Development Executive

With our customers at the core, your key focus will be: You will be required to deliver defined outcomes through the execution of sales strategies and processes with your selected customers. In this role, you will work with varying types of outlets and engage at all levels of management within them. The role will require you to be agile in your approach, manage conflicting priorities effectively whilst maintaining a high level of discipline to ensure your customer base sees Bacardi-Martini Australia as a preferred business partner.
Key Responsibilities: Champion the Customer Relationship in the territory for Bacardi-MartiniActivation and executional excellence within the territoryEffective advocacy of the key brandsEffectively manage territory planning and administrationDeliver on "Picture of Success" sales driver targets.Net Sales Revenue Growth: Grow your territory in line with National Budgeted growth rates measured through sales data, reviewed annually as per company timelines (EES)Executional Excellence: Growth of Picture of Success sales driver total scores measured through weekly scorecard and reviewed quarterly.Territory Management: Execution of agreed journey plan measured weekly through scorecard and reviewed quarterly.New Business: Successfully sourced new business in line with targets agreed to by leader measured through sales data and Mobile touch
