We are a market-leading operator delivering specialty property services across multiple property segments with a strong focus on leasing in the CBD and regional markets and service agreements in the Retail, Travel and Health sectors.In this role you will be exposed to leasing, acquiring, and dealing with a variety of landlords and stakeholders including institutional owners including Super Funds & A-REITs, Government, as well as working with smaller ownership groups.Working in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will have an excellent platform to develop quickly in a dynamic operating environment.THE ROLEWe are seeking an enthusiastic and lateral thinking Business Development Executive to be based in our Brisbane office. This newly created position will assume responsibility for new business growth and retention of existing business.You will be working in a supportive, hard-working, approachable and successful team and reporting to the Business Development Manager QLD, the

primary objectives of this role are:Identify, evaluate, recommend and pursue business opportunities for the businessPreparation and coordination of high-quality and accurate tender responses and quotationsAssist in due diligence materials to support leasing opportunitiesPrepare and analyse business dataPreparation and production of market intelligence materialBuilding strong and lasting business relationships with clients and peersYou will gain a broad understanding and experience in the commercial property market with a particular focus on acquisitions, leasing and asset management.ABOUT YOUTo be successful and thrive in this position, you will have:Tertiary qualification (preferably in a relevant field such as Business, Property or Economics)Well-developed written and verbal communication skillsOutgoing personality with a strong work ethicAbility to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environmentExcellent time management skills and attention to detailA high standard of professional personal presentationEager to learn, progress and grow with the businessIntermediate to advanced in Microsoft Office suite, especially in ExcelHOW TO APPLYIf you are interested in this opportunity, please click APPLY to submit your resume.
