We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Data Breach and Crisis Management team in London. This is a client-facing role in which you will undertake both pre and post breach activities, helping clients respond, recover and reassure individuals affected by a data breach event.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Business Development function in both pre and post areas.Book appointments for the Head of Crisis & Data Breach Response Services with referrers, potential pre-breach client opportunities.Develop relationships with our referrers to create pre-event leads.Manage the inbound enquiries for our monitoring services and processing contracts.Manage account management of our existing Retainer clients on a regular basis to ensure they get value from the service and understand what other add-on services they may benefit from.You will partner with the operational team to ensure services are implemented.Update Salesforce to ensure all sales activity is captured.Use social media platforms to publicise our thought leadership positioning.Qualifications:
Experience in sales or account management position.Comfortable working in a crisis environment, short timescales with immediate response to clients required.Excellent client management skills, customer-focused and motivated to challenge conventional thinking to improve processes and evolve the business.Interest in attending networking events and conferences.Benefits package includes:
