The role Due to company growth, we are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our national head office team based at Tonsley. This position is available either part time or full time for the right candidate. The key focus of this role is the growth of our services in the eastern states – NSW / VIC so the ability to commit to travelling to interstate customer sites approximately 50% of the month is essential.
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Growth and Operations the successful incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and negotiating deals that drive revenue (margin) and achieve company objectives and growth for business. The role will assist in developing and executing strategies to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
Key responsibilities Prospecting: Identifying and securing new business opportunities and enhance market presence through exceptional sales skills, heightened prospecting efforts, and personal engagement in key new accounts.Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to identify opportunities, and potential clients within the healthcare sector.Self-generate sales leads and develop a new customer base to meet allocated revenue and sales targetsClient Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's customer base.
