Our full-service offering combines unmatched top-tier local capability complemented with an international platform.We have deep roots in Australia spanning almost 200 years and acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the traditional owners and custodians of these lands and waters.RoleAs a member of the Business Development & Marketing (BD&M) team, approx 70 nationally, this role is focused on supporting the Business Development (BD) team in the development and preparation of marketing materials, tender/bid submissions (as well as maintaining content, tools and templates), as well as client engagement initiatives.Based in the Canberra CBD office, reporting to the Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will be part of a national Business Development & Marketing (BD&M) function that supports the firm to:Develop strong and enduring relationships with our clients.Understand and identify opportunities in our core markets.Build a positive reputation as a market leader.With the support of a close-knit team, this blended role will see you add value to the Canberra centre and broader firm through key responsibilities such as:Managing and coordinating successful live and virtual client seminars and events including end to end management of events, preparing invitations, compiling guest lists, event bookings, managing RSVPs, setting up webinars, rehearsing and coaching, and liaising with partners and clients to ensure the event runs successfully.Extensive use of data tools (CRMs) and event software platforms.Supporting the national business development team with compiling high-quality documents and materials and maintaining tools and templates.Account management activities including research and reporting.Researching, sourcing and recommending appropriate venues for events as required.Co-ordination and drafting of collateral associated with the event including invitations, presentations, brochures, signage, menus, name badges, seating plans and place cards.Providing a high-level of on-site and virtual support during events and seminars.Liaising with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure bookings, catering, AV requirements, signage etc. are delivered to the highest quality for all events.Who are we looking for?This varied role will see you draw from our principles of quality, dynamism and creativity.
