Enjoy what you do every day, be creative, further develop your skills and explore opportunities.This opportunity is relationships focused with the aim to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, focusing on people inquiring about Specialist Disability Accommodation. Experience in the disability sector, motivation to perform the role with professionalism and integrity is a key component of this position.Reporting to the General Manager - you will:Create and maintain relationships which will increase InPlace Living's relationship baseRespond to phone inquiries and log in CRMTrack progress of participants and support their SDA journeyRespond to any challenges and find resolution - address relationship issues with speed and efficiencyComplete a full handover of information to the Tenancy Management teamLink inquiries to projects and providers based on compatibility data and location informationEnsure relationship and stakeholder information is updated and maintainedReport progress of current projects by devising and delivering updatesWork alongside the broader Relationships, Growth and Business Development team to analyse inquiry data and identify trends to increase business opportunitiesContribute to monthly reporting data and informationAttend regular meetings with people's support teams ensuring accommodation features are appropriateParticipate in presentations for external stakeholdersAttend and represent InPlace Living at networking eventsParticipate in public speaking opportunities at events and conferencesStay up to date with competitor trends and meet department KPI'sAssist the marketing department on social media strategies and content creation relevant to interest, development and progressChampion a 'best customer experience' approach to gathering insight and developing solutions for continuous improvementAssist in the development of systems, processes and initiatives that enable InPlace Living to nurture and fulfill positive experiences with all relationships and stakeholdersTravel regionally to connect with broader communities and maintain relationshipsThe Person:You'll be driven and show genuine passion for building capability within your team.
