As a full-time Business Development Consultant, you will play a key role in driving new business growth and strengthening customer relationships for our market-leading products and services.
As our Victorian company representative, we will help you "learn the ropes" by supporting and working closely with our Head of Business Development & Marketing.

What you'll be doing Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities within target funeral industry marketsResolve all issues with our clients decisivelyBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clientsDevelop and execute tailored sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targetsProvide expert advice and guidance to clients on our product and service offeringsExtensive travel – while the role will be Victorian-centric, visits to other states to support the Head of Business Development & Marketing will be a strong featureCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiencesOrganise and manage your schedule to deliver results and exceed expectationsMaintain detailed, up-to-date records of all sales activities and your pipelineContinuously seek out ways to improve sales processes and identify new business prospectsFrequent and regular trips to Head Office (Qld) for hands-on product training, strategic planning sessions, and team collaborationWhat we're looking for Proven B2B experience and a passion for customer service, ideally within a related or sensitive industryExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsProven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targetsExcellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilitiesProficient in using CRM and sales reporting toolsA person with a certain level of physical fitness is required as there will be some occasional lifting of productsWhat we offerWe are committed to creating a dynamic and supportive work environment that empowers our employees to thrive.
