Full-time position based in Dubbo & Far West Orana Region Workforce Australia is the Department of Education, Skills and Employment's employment services model that offers streamlined solutions to help local job seekers and employers. The Employer Engagement Consultant plays a key role by identifying and securing employment and training opportunities, including apprenticeships and traineeships, for participants in the Workforce Australia program.
About The RoleThis role will require you to:
Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.Understand the region's labour markets and identify key employers and stakeholders where you can build and expand on existing relationships.Support participants with securing and maintaining sustainable employment or education.Access to learning and development opportunities.
