Due to growth in the senior sales team, we have a Sales Manager position available at Adecco Australia.
This role will be to develop relationships with new customers in new and existing markets.

You will perform all prospecting, sales, and solutions activities to increase sales and profitability.
You will build your own sales plans and strategy to open up new opportunities and relationships as you build your pipeline.

Description

Reporting to the Head of Sales, this is a strategic sales role, where you will build a national pipeline of prospective clients.

Responsibilities include:

Lead the development and growth of your sales pipeline.

Individual ownership of a prospective portfolio of markets.

Developing dynamic, creative, and specific sales strategies using Adecco solutions.

Achieve budgeted sales targets and KPIs.

Focus on national sales opportunities.

Actively work to grow the business at every available opportunity, continuously looking for business opportunities across all Adecco lines of business.

Maintain sales margins to ensure profitability.

Cross-sell our other brands within the Adecco Group.

Build effective knowledge, understanding, and awareness of competitor activity and industry trends.

Develop and build business intelligence, thought leadership, and run regular industry events.

Profile

Coming from a senior position with a recruitment or employment services background, the successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

Demonstrated strategic sales experience.

Extensive knowledge of the recruitment industry with demonstrated experience in achieving sales.

An industry focus where you are highly networked and knowledgeable on key relationships.

Relationship development skills and experience in dealing with high-level stakeholders.

Researching, planning, and forecasting market trends, and applying this analysed data into effective business opportunities.

Impeccable communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrate resilience and react well to change.
