As a Business Development Associate at Kogan.com, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and fostering relationships with potential partners. ### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities. Collect and analyze data to inform business strategies and decisions.
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify and develop new business prospects through various channels, including networking, social media, and direct outreach.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring exceptional communication and fostering collaborative opportunities.
- **Proposal Development**: Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations that effectively communicate Kogan.com's value proposition to potential clients.
- **Negotiation**: Engage in negotiations with prospective partners, securing beneficial contracts and agreements that align with the company's goals.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Track and report on sales metrics and development activities, providing regular updates to management on progress toward business development goals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to coordinate efforts and align strategies for maximum impact.
- **Adaptability**: Stay current with industry trends and shifts in market conditions to adjust strategies as necessary, ensuring the company remains competitive and agile.

### **Requirements:**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
