About the Role: Client Relationship Manager Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients Generate new business opportunities with support from the Marketing team Utilise CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and opportunities Set up specific commercial actions, participate in congresses, conferences, or customer meetings Prepare, present, and follow up on service offers, proposals, and quotes Negotiate contracts and work with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing Address client concerns and resolve any issues or escalations Foster and manage key partnerships, including overseeing global actions for major accounts in order to set up privileged partnerships (through MSA (Master Service Agreement), price lists, Governance plan). Track and report on performance to assess success and areas for improvement Study Manager: Lead project delivery by coordinating effectively with both external (Sponsors, CROs, Investigators) and internal (Data Management, Logistics, Quality Assurance) stakeholders Plan and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while managing associated risks Address and resolve customer complaints and scope changes in projects Provide regular updates and insights to internal teams and sponsors to ensure alignment and project success. Requirements: Must have full working rights in Australia!
