Join Us as a Business Development Administrator!Wolff Power is an innovative electrical consultancy/contractor that specialises in the design, construction, operations and maintenance of generation plants and high and low voltage networks across Queensland and New South Wales.We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Administrator to join the team in Toowoomba.The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks. This person must be exceedingly well organised and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting diverse people and programs.The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. High level written and verbal communication skills are essential with strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.Attractive remuneration salary packageGreat working environment and dynamic teamTraining and upskilling to broaden experience in the industryWork with some of the largest industrial players in the marketEmployee Assistance ProgramResponsibilities: Serve as a key resource for tender submissions, and tender and contract-related activitiesAdministrative and quality assurance supportMonitor and review supplier performance to ensure adherence to contractual obligationsIdentify, develop and execute marketing campaigns, project launches and drive brand awarenessMonitoring and maintain company websiteDevelop engaging content for social media and monitoring resultsSupporting the development of long-term business plans and growth initiatives. About you:Detail-oriented, organised, and be an analytical thinker with attention for detailAbility to be adaptable is important, as you will often handle multiple tasks and support various projectsProactive, results-driven while having a positive can-do attitudeThrive in a fast-paced environment with KPIs, and reporting metricsDemonstrate commercial and business acumenStrong interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with internal teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate marketing plans, share insights, and engage with various stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and Design SoftwareExperience in marketing, media relations in either the public or private sectorPowerBi, SharePoint, IMS and CRM SoftwareDigital marketing and social media experience advantageous.We think like our customers and genuinely care about the work we do.
