This role is crucial in expanding our market presence and driving growth through new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in printing, exhibitions, retail displays, promotional products, uniforms, portable displays, or agencies, coupled with proven experience in face-to-face sales, including presentations and product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while prospecting for new leads.
Conduct face-to-face sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase Exhibit Central's innovative display solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to tailor solutions to client needs and industry trends.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations to potential clients.
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
The Profile Requirements: Proven experience in sales and business development, particularly in Printing, Exhibitions, Retail Displays, Promotional Products, Uniforms, Portable Displays, or Agencies.
Demonstrated success in face-to-face sales, including delivering presentations and showcasing promotional products.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in the display solutions industry is a plus.
