Business Continuity Manager/TransformationBusiness Continuity Manager Salary: Competitive Daily Rate
Location: Sydney
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Continuity Manager to join their team. This role is integral to the organisation's resilience, ensuring compliance within APRA regulations and mitigating the risk of unexpected business disruptions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead programme activities across the business unit, develop and maintain the Business Resilience Management (BRM) Framework, and assist related party business units in achieving business resilience.
What you'll do: Coordinate Business Resilience Management (BRM) on behalf of the organisation within their lines of businessSupport & lead all programme activities across the business unitAssist related party business units in achieving the required level of business resilienceEnsure compliance with SPS232 and manage efforts towards mitigating the risk of unexpected business disruptionsDevelop and maintain BRM Framework, including development of policies, procedures, charters and other relevant documentationFacilitate Business Impact Analysis exercises and Business Resilience Plan development/updatesWhat you bring: Minimum 10 years' experience in professional services organization or professional customer servicesDemonstrated experience in driving and implementing Business Resilience management programs in an Australian Superannuation contextExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong business acumen and financial skillsAbility to work effectively across the organisationWhat sets this company apart: Our client is a global leader in their field, committed to providing an inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and has access to equal opportunities.
