We are searching for a dynamic person to join our Risk and Audit team in the role of Business Continuity and Crisis Manager.
This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Sydney CBD office, reporting into our Risk & Audit Director.
The role supports our Australian, New Zealand and US businesses.
The role is hybrid, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from the office and from home.
The Business Continuity and Crisis Manager is responsible for enhancing and protecting value through assisting our Business Units and teams in the disciplines of Operational Resilience, Business Continuity and Crisis Management.
This role is grounded by our Crisis & Emergency Management Framework and Business Continuity Work Program.
You will provide coaching on the Framework, tools, templates and methodologies to both empower and challenge Lion's business leaders and their teams to decisively manage disruptions.
With full ownership of Lion's Resilience Program, you'll get to drive positive change in risk culture at Lion.
What you'll bring Resilience in the face of crises and high-pressure business situations A "hands on" approach to your work In-depth technical knowledge and experience with operational resilience (business continuity planning and crisis management) Skill in using leading business resilience and crisis management techniques to build efficiency and strengthen capability in others Experience in large and complex resilience programs is essential The ability to build relationships, business partnering and influencing peers and stakeholders at all levels, especially in high-pressure situations 8+ years' experience in a large corporate (experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage) Postgraduate studies in business continuity and/or crisis management (not essential).
