What you'll be doing Atturra Business Applications – Business Consultants will work closely with our clients, analyse different approaches, evaluate solutions, and utilize the best method to meet our client's requirements efficiently.
This exciting opportunity can be performed from anywhere in Australia.
• Understanding Local Government regulations
• Understanding Local Government processes
• Training users/clients on using the software
• Testing configuration
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver on requirements
• Creating Workflows or Dashboards
• Troubleshooting issues
• Advise on system improvements
• System configuration of Property & Rating Solutions
• Preparing Documents and reports
• Post-implementation support
What will make you successful in this role • Local Government experience is highly desirable
• Experience within the TechnologyOne CiA Property & Rating Space or Infor Pathway
• Experience working on Revenue / Rating and Compliance is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and can do attitude
