The Waalitj Foundation is seeking Business Coaches within our Waalitj Hub department, across one or more of the following areas: Finance, Marketing, Legal, Business Development, Human Resources, Digital Technology and Tender writing. Who are we looking for? Business Coaches will be responsible for providing expertise across one or more business areas to help clarify the viability, objectives and goals for Indigenous Businesses as well as partnering with clients to develop the necessary skills, and acquire the right resources, to run a successful enterprise. The successful applicant will be the face of Waalitj Hub providing the first point of call for clients and partnering with them throughout their business journey. These positions are full-time, fixed term positions based in Lathlain (until June 2025) with possible extension. To be successful in this role: Demonstrated understanding of the challenges facing small businesses in the current environment. Experience with Stakeholder engagement, including presentations and workshops. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, incl. highly developed interpersonal skills with an ability to relate with a wide range of people, in a variety of settings. Strong attention to detail Current driver's licence and ability to frequent intra-regional travel is required Excellent computer literacy/data entry including Word and Excel programs Experience in area of expertise, industry sector and/or within own business Strong networking and business development ability Experience with Stakeholder engagement, including presentations and workshops.
