About the role Rabobank's Global Service Centre Financial Markets Services Asia Pacific Hub, located in Sydney, is a critical team within the Global Service Centre (GSC) organisation. The hub provides comprehensive Operational support to the Asia Pacific-based Markets & Treasury businesses, encompassing Trading, Funding, & Corporate Sales products. Additionally, it offers direct client support to Rabobank's Rural, Corporate, & Financial Institution clients, ensuring seamless & reliable service delivery to the region.
GSC Financial Markets Services have an opening for a Business Change Manager to be based in Sydney. You will work in partnership with the Markets & Treasury departments as well as Global & Regional Tribe (change management) colleagues to deliver change across an Asia Pacific scope.
Working closely within the GSC FMS Business Development & Advisory (BDA) team, you will be an SME on project & change management ensuring that all relevant change initiatives which impact the FMS department locally & globally are managed through the change lifecycle according to department standards. In addition, you will have oversight of all changes which occur globally for FMS to assess impacts to processes, systems & people within the region & act as a central point of contact for changes in the region within FMS.
