DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Business Change Consultant, Oceania in Melbourne.
The position is the best practice ambassador for operational efficiency and excellence of our organisation. This position is responsible for investigating, analyzing and implementing changes to business processes in accordance with Global and Quality assurance standards. Servicing internal customers across the Australia and New Zealand DSV network, this role may require domestic and international travel.
Your typical day at DSV:
Collect, investigate and analyze data to provide evidence for how and why findings will be an effective and efficient solution to the required business area.
Lead and execute projects and business changes to assigned deadlines/timeframes.
Ensure process alignment with Global Business Process Operating groups and Change Management Groups.
Create, interpret, implement and review quality assurance standards into the business operations to ensure business improvement customer satisfaction.
Carry out auditing as required for ISO, business process, quality, and any assigned projects.
Oversee and report quality assurance findings using the Vault platform.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for quality assurance programs, troubleshooting, and projects.
Support Senior Manager, Business Change & Quality through related administrative duties and ad hoc projects/tasks.
Developing and providing accurate reports for senior management on a routine basis.
Use teams/webcasts to lead training, presentations and conference calls with relevant stakeholders.
Update and maintain DSV Central content (including but not limited to pages, policies, procedures, forms etc).
Support departments during implementation of significant client and supplier accounts.
About you:
Industry knowledge and experience in similar roles.
Experience using CargoWise One.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong finance acumen.
